Merle’s Apple Cranberry Jam Streusel Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter
1 egg (beaten)
3/4 cup milk
1 cup Merle’s Midwest Market Apple Cranberry Jam

Topping:

2/3 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter (softened)

Directions:

Combine first four ingredients. Cut in 1/3 cup butter until crumbly. Add beaten egg and milk; stir until moistened.

Spoon batter into generously buttered 9-inch pan. Spoon Apple Cranberry Jam over batter and swirl.

Mix topping and sprinkle evenly over Apple Cranberry Jam.

Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Serve while still warm. Enjoy!
