Merle’s Midwest Market Crumb Top Apple Pie Crust
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup uncooked regular oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Directions:
- Combine dry ingredients, add butter. Stir until blended.
- Measure 1 cup firmly packed mixture; set aside for pie topping.
- Press remaining mixture into bottom and up sides of a well-greased 9 inch pie plate.
- Pour Merle’s Midwest Apple Pie Filling into crust.
- Crumble reserved topping over filling.
- Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
